How do I install the plugin?

Download the installer from the downloads page (the link is also in your purchase email) and open the .pkg: it installs both the Audio Unit and VST3. Restart your DAW so it rescans, then open the plugin and paste your license key into the Presets view to activate. You may have to remove the plugin from the track and add it back in for the demo wash sound to cease.

How do I activate?

Open the plugin in your DAW, click the Presets view (top right of the plugin window), paste your key, click Activate. The plugin will restart and the audio will pass through.

Do you offer refunds?

Try before you buy: every physics plugin runs as a fully functional free trial (a short noise wash every 30 seconds until you activate), and Kronos 3 Editor runs as a fully functional 7-day trial, so you can confirm compatibility and sound before paying. Keys are serialised to your email, so we don't refund a change of mind after activation, but if a plugin fails to install or activate, crashes, or is materially not as described, you're covered. See our Refund Policy. Refund requests are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

How is the Kronos 3 Editor different?

Kronos 3 Editor is our editor-librarian for the Korg Kronos 3, not a physics plugin. It installs as an Audio Unit, a VST3, and a standalone app, and connects to your Kronos 3 over USB. It has no audio output, so there is no noise wash: instead it runs as a fully functional 7-day trial, then stays in read-only (you can still connect, pull, and browse) until you activate. One license covers two computers, which you can manage from your account page. It checks in over the network about once a month and keeps working offline in between.
